Tolani Balogun
Tolani started her career in the business and management sector with background training in banking and finance and later studied business management, her first job was in sales with the world-famous shops Harrods Knightsbridge. Tolani later joined the health sector after graduating from the university as a Registered Nurse. She started in the healthcare industry as a Kidney Transplant Nurse, Urology Nurse, Head and Neck Nurse at the Central Manchester hospital, she later proceed to be a Renal Research Nurse, it was after this she took the challenge joining the pelvic floor specialist as a Senior Sister, she work closely with the Colorectal , the Urogynecologist, Urologist and the Gastroenterologist Consultant.

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialty focused on the rehabilitation of the pelvic floor muscles affected by a variety of diagnoses including bowel, bladder, sexual dysfunctions, and pelvic pain known as Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
Face to Face intervention: A trained Pelvic Specialist Practitioner will assess the level of strength, tone and function of the pelvic floor muscles, determine what causes the dysfunction, and treat appropriately. Physical therapy interventions are not ‘one size fits all’ so it is important to have your pelvic floor muscles assessed by a specialist.
